"Very impressed with the level of care, very clean..."

What I liked

I attended A & E with my elderly father, initially rather reluctantly as this is not our nearest hospital, but now having experienced the level of care provided would definately return there. The staff were very attentive and constantly explained clearly what was happening. Despite having to be there the best part of a day due to blood tests having to be done, there was never a feeling of being forgotten and my father was checked on constantly and his condition monitored. Without fail all the staff were cheerful and made a difficult day very much easier than it might have been. Many thanks to all concerned.

What could be improved

Very little, was very happy with care received.
