Triage Nursing service

Had to call the surgery for an urgent appointment due to becoming dizzy and vomiting. I explained to the receptionist the symptoms and within a few minutes the triage nurse called and fixed an appointment within 2 hours. I was seen and inflammation of an ear canal diagnosed and medication supplied. Returned the following week to be given the all clear. Excellent and rapid service experienced. Results of a recent blood sample taken was explained in some detail with a nurse and necessary advice and medication given. I was also fitted in to a busy schedule to receive a shingles inoculation. There is a fantastic team of triage nursing at this surgery whom should be congratulated on their superlative service presented its customers and/or patients.
