What I liked

I was dealt with as quickly as they could, understanding they are busy with lots of individuals. I was admitted to Ward 2 where I stayed for a week the staff were very friendly, hard working and looked after me extremely well. The ward was very clean and tidy and the Surgeon that came to see me put my mind at ease. I am awaiting further appointments and hope that I get the same service again. I was treated with dignity and respect at all times.

What could be improved

Your comments will be made available to our staff in Accident and Emergency and on Ward 2 as it is always encouraging to have positive feedback and is a boost to morale.
