"Short notice appointment request"

I contacted the practice around 11am asking for an appointment, I was happy to wait a few days, however I got an appointment the same day. I understand the demands on our health service and I work for the NHS so this last minute availability was most appricated. The doctor was friendly and helpful and I felt listen to and an appropriate treatment plan was explained and understood. Thank you
