"They totally understood my anxiety and fears"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I attended Boston Day patient clinic for a hysteroscopy for unusual bleeding. The team had seen me before and their care and attention to how I was feeling during and after the procedure was nothing short of how you would hope a loved one to treat you. They totally understood my anxiety and fears and at all times made sure if I was ok to continue. Janet's laughing was contagious and had us all in stitches by the end. Thank you so much again to the Boston Hospital.

Hi PikachuCPJ

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your comments regarding the positive experience you had when you attended the Gynaecology Outpatients Department at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. We are always very interested to hear patients experiences in order that we can continually improve the experience of those attending our clinics, but when we receive positive feedback such as yours this is very much appreciated by the whole team and has a very positive effect on the teams morale.

I will be sure to pass on your kind and very welcome feedback to the team, in particular Janet who will really appreciate your comments.

Best wishes

Deborah Richards
