The day started with a very nice staff nurse taking my details & then being taken 2 the waiting area & then into the surgery first class service

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent Day Surgery experience. The team do a fantastic job at providing patient centred care, they will be delighted to hear that you felt the service was first class. Although your experience was within the Day Surgery Unit I will be sure to pass this feedback onto my Theatre colleagues as you have mentioned you were in for surgery. I will personally pass on your experience with everyone involved, your feedback is greatly appreciated.
