(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I'm just writing to applaud my ward for their hard work, they have worked hard with my problematic behaviour so much so that Helen & Zoe told doctors that I should go to C block and Dr Clark has agreed to a referral I has gone into C-Block. I feel on Bonnad they have changed me for the better and as a fact I feel like a new person I've got more confidence I don't argue with staff any more, I'm a real success. Strong on Bonnard Ward. and I would love them to have some sort of an award. I have now been months without an IR1, I got singleton and now a referral to CBlock I believe Bonnard staff are the end to my behaviour challenging when needed but most of all applauding me for my dramatic change I now feel like I've got hope  and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel so I'll finish in saying Thank You Bonnard Ward

It's great to read these comments about the excellent work by staff on Bonnard. But please remember all your own hard work that has led to this fantastic progress.

Many thanks for sharing this positive experience about the care and treatment you recieve here within the Male Mental Health Care Stream at Rampton Hospital, we really do value your feedback and take it seriously. It is fantastic to learn how hard working and supportive you find the staff on Bonnard ward and on a personal note on visting the ward it is always evident to me and the deputy matrons that staff and patients on the ward working together to promote a positive environment for everyone and a real "sense of community". As you are aware Bonnard recently won Team of the Month in April for a Trust Postive Star - this is a marked acknowledgement and appreciation of all their hard work.

The rest is now about you ..Congratulations to you on your achievements and the progress you have made on your recovery journey. The staff have been there to guide you as necessary but your success is all done to you and your engagement with others, you should be very proud of yourself, well done!
