I came because I had gone deaf in both ears, which can be symptomatic of something more serious. I was seen within 5 minutes. The triage system seems to be working well. Turns out just a build up of wax. Given helpful advice on what to do at home and to return if required. I did not need to follow up as it happens. I like their approach of encouraging people to take responsibility for self-care where this is appropriate.
