I have attended the Sutherland Centre since 1987.I had appointments I had appointments with CPN and Psychiast and counseling from a trained counsellor and Psychotherapy from a trained Psychiatrist. I did a special course on living with bi polar. l was quite stable. But still need input 4 times a year. Then I was transferred to the help of a nurse practitioner I saw her for 4 hours a year anbut still had access to Psychiatrist so if there were any problems I didn't have to wait. In 2017 that nurse practitioner retired and was not replaced O still had appointments with a Staff nurse and she referred me to a young Psychiatrist. Through no fault of her own staff nurse doesn't have experience of nurse practitioner. O er the years the staff have been reduced but clients have increased
