About: Manor Hospital

I recived good care when rang 111 services in november 2018 they advised me to go to out of hours at the Walsall manor hospital (once i gave them my symtoms and was rang back not long after from a doctor)which i did as i was in a lot of pain. Once i was seen by the doctor they i had blood test done and was put on a ward which the staff was nice and professional. The next day or so i was moved to another ward for a few hours which they was some confusion as to where i was permanently going to be placed but after that was sorted i was taken by a friendly young lady porter to the treatment ward 20 room 20 the staff was lovly and friendly wards and toilets was clean observations was done and when i asked for help they gave it all staff was all friendly the surgeon and doctor was also friendly and professional and i cant thank you all enough continue doing the good work you do because you all are amazing and dont get the credit you all deserve. Thank you miss s bridgewater
