I have been apart of this surgery for years now and on most occasions when I put a repeat prescription through for my type 1 diabetes they sent through the wrong prescriptions though. Even after writing on the prescription form what I specifically need and what not to send as they always send the same item through in error. It happens more times than not. Wasting my time, their time and a prescription.

I think you may be best to book an appointment with our practice pharmacist who can do a medication review to check all your medication is correct and up to date, they can also check for any changes from hospital appointments ect. On occasions the chemist struggle to get the medication you require in stock which we have no control over.
