What I liked

Have just read the previous comment about the ENT department and I have to agree with what it said. I had an appointment last month for a hearing-related disorder I was hoping to get some advice about self-care and some help. Instead the consultant only saw me for about three minutes and told me absolutely nothing. He didn't seem to be very interested or concerned about my problems and I left feeling really down. I know that the NHS have to see a lot of people every day but I think the consultants could make a lot more effort.
