"Excellent service from start to finish"

I was on holiday & felt unwell when i woke up. I had recently had chemotherapy before coming away.

On arrival at hospital I was seen very quickly & treated for sepsis. Within 30 minutes which is called the golden hour I was on intravenous antibiotics & all blood tests taken. The sister on duty, the nurses that looked after me & the doctor told me what was happening and put me at ease. The staff were polite and friendly and made me feel safe After all tests came back ok I was able to be discharged. The atmosphere on the A & E unit was one of calm and I would recommend that if you are on holiday in Weston super mare and need medical help then don't hesitate to use such a caring unit.
