"Excellent Care"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as the patient),

Apart from the initial mix up of whether I was meant to be in the orthopaedic assessment unit or Ward 29 on the day of my procedure recently July I would like to pass on my thanks and praise for the staff who looked after me and my foot. Thanks to Mr Smith who carried out my procedure, Im making an excellent recovery and painfree. Thank you also to the guy and his chat during the procedure, apologies I do not recall his name. Thank you also to Elizabeth the very efficient Staff Nurse in ward 29 who despite the challenges of a busy ward she took time to be attentive towards me.

Dear JimmyMC,

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion regarding your recent experience at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

I do apologise that there was confusion regarding which ward you were to be admitted to, but I'm glad to hear everything went well after that.

I shall pass on your comments to Mr Smith and the team who carried out your procedure, and also to Elizabeth and the ward 29 staff who looked after you.

Wishing you a continued pain free recovery.

Kind Regards

Heather
