"First class"

I recently visited the audiology dept at the drop in centre off Thorpe Rd Peterborough. The team there deserve recognition for their professionalism, caring and knowledge. I received detailed explanations from the lady who dealt with my hearing test.

i even received a very polite call on the morning reminding me of my follow up appointment. I did not feel rushed, was made to feel totally at ease, my questions were answered. I give the highest praise to the team that work there.
