What I liked

I have been visiting the Gary Weston Centre..part of Hammersmith hospital since 2009. may I say that every member of staff,medical, reception,everyone in fact has been kindness personified.....There is always a pleasant atmosphere when entering the reception area.

Requests for appointments etc are always treated promptly and in the event of requiring an emergency appt...the system seems to work very well. Also ,when staff promise to ring back, they always do......which doesnt always happen in other organisations.

Thank heavens for the Garry Weston Centre and all its staff
