I was referred by my GP for a fast track procedure
On arrival the reception staff were informative and professional.
My appointment was 9.30 am and then there was, what seemed an awful long wait.
I was seen by a nurse who took my history and informed me about the procedure and the risks etc she also took my b.p. etc /
I was then taken to a waiting lounge - where again it seemed forever/
Once
I was taken into the ward I was asked to undress and wait.
Approx. 5 minutes or so.
The nurse then gave me a sedative injection, left me for a couple minutes and was with me for the whole procedure.
It was quick, slick and efficient
Thank you guys
I was then taken to recovery and taken care of very well.
Great staff and professionalism
My only critisism would be the waiting time - during which I managed to to get very anxious.
