"I left feeling very proud of the NHS"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I had to go into forth valley royal to have a minor operation.

I arrived at ambulatory care and was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the receptionist. My name was then called by The nursing assistant who introduced herself.   Doreen was very friendly and approachable. Doreen introduced me to David who was going to be carrying out the procedure.

He explained everything about the procedure and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I was made to feel totally at ease by them both they were very calm and professional. Which really helped me relax. I had my surgery and left feeling very proud of our NHS

Thank you very much Chelle, for your lovely review.

It sounds like everything went smoothly for you on the day, and we hope everything continued in that manner once you got home.

Stories like yours can help reduce anxiety levels of future patients who may not know what to expect, so it is great you were able to share this.

On this occasion your NHS is very proud of it's patient!

Thanks again

David
