The experience I have had with the nhs today has been 5 star. I first used the app to do a symptom check, then received a call back from a nhs 111 doctor both services was excellent.
Doctor recommend I visit A&E. So I did,
I was in and out within an hour that includes having xrays. (Sandwell Genral Hospital)
Absolutely amazing service could not fault one bit. Just wanted to say a massive thank you because the nhs does a great job
