"No need to visit Stoke on a Friday night !"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

This is only the third time I have left this hospital without feeling quite traumatised. As was the case today, those three occasions where in the imaging dept where the staff spent a little extra time getting me as comfortable as possible for an MRI.I felt as though I was being cared for were my wishes were adhered to and I wasn't rushed. All three members of staff were superb, thank you. Sadly the cleaner came into reception and continuously used offensive language whilst speaking to the receptionist which was noticed by all the patients and commented on in The Valley Centre on 26th June 2019.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to comment on your experience of our hospital. I will ensure your lovely feedback is shared with the MRI team- I know they will very much appreciate it.

With best wishes
