"We haven't good experience with this surgery..."

I & my wife has stayed with this surgery for more than 2 years. We haven't good experience with this surgery all the time's receptionist make problems. I want to share just one day experience is as below;

I am an asthma patient, partially blind and suspected cancer kidney patient and I am under in process of the right kidney removal operation. I was very upset and I made an appointment with Doctor on 24 June 2019, however, some of the receptionist staff were treated with me that is done with a criminal.

The doctor has been seen me and said you have chest infection in your chest x-ray. The doctor has also said my blood test results. I requested for the copies of them he tried to make copies prints however he was unsuccess to print and said you can get print from reception. When I went to reception to get the prints they straightway denied, I said the doctor has told me why are you denying, and she said I can't provide the copy of prints. During the conversation, Dr came at the reception and he said yes I had said for those chest x-ray & blood results print copies. After this happened they give me to print copies and said next time we will not provide you with any results.

Then I said don't worry

I will no longer with your surgery, good-bye.

On the same day, my wife has also requested for blood test report and they denied to provide her blood test report.
