"Dreadful service"

About: East Glade Centre

I am writing as a relative. I have never seen a patient deteriorate as quickly as our daughter did when she came under the care of East Glade. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to messages.After years of living independently, our daughter has now deteriorated and had psychotic episodes and suicide attempts in which the police have been called out to help her as the service seemed uncontactable. They also promise visits and contacts that don't materialise Dreadful.
