"Waste of time"

Self referred for help with suicide. Had to wait 8 weeks for some online CBT training. 8 weeks! When I said I tried to kill myself multiple times. In the end have the answers what they wanted to hear to get off the phone as I wasn’t getting the help I needed. Tried the online stuff and was very unimpressed can read this info all over the internet without having to wait 8 weeks. Seems like a pointless and waste of money system. For help through my child’s school in the end for family crisis team to step in and help. IN just under a week I’ve been given intensive therapy a support worker that will last 12/18 weeks and longer if need be. Would give zero stars if I could. Waste of time and energy. It’s like some silly system so that pressure is taken of nhs and to look like they provide a service when in actuality they provide very little help.
