What I liked
The complete package was excellent from the first appointment to the actual surgery and the follow up. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. I went into this operation(TKR) not quite appreciating that it was major surgery but EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. If this is the way the NHS is going to go then I am all for it.
I would recommend this hospital to anyone, I cannot fault it.

Apart from the medical side the food was excellent, plenty of choice. Also the room was very clean and I had no worries regarding MRSA. All the checks I had made me feel at ease.
