What I liked

on 1/6/12 Ihad to attend ward 9B for treatment for osteoporosis ,as this was the first time having treatment on 9B i was a bit apprehensive ,from the moment i went onto the ward i was treated with respect and cared for so well,The atmosphere was so friendly and caring nothing was to much trouble for the staff ,they were very profesional in all they did,the ward was spotlessly clean,I have been attending the royal liverpool hospital for 3 years and have not a bad word to say about it my care has been second to none ,excellent hospital.
