"recent procedure clinic 12"

I cannot fault all of the staff in clinic 12 when I had my recent hystrocopy - I am very obese and the staff treated me with respect and care I did not feel judged at any time. Communication was clear and informative.My scan prior to treatment however was a different story - I felt no care and in fact the person scanning came over as rude and indifferent. Clinic 12 staff made up for this cannot thank them enough.
