Every time I went to the hospital I was well treated and looked after,plenty of advice given by the nurses and doctors.

I have passed your comments on to the teams involved and I know they will be grateful.

I was sorry to hear you had to wait for some time in A&E. There are many reasons why this might have been, including if a significant number of people arrived at the same time. Again, I am sorry you were delayed.

Having said that, I am pleased to report that - overall - we continue to do well in ensuring patients attending our A&E departments are treated as quickly as possible, with some of the best times for all A&E departments in London.
