About: Stepping Hill Hospital

What I liked

Some of the staff were friendly

What could be improved

The A&E reception staff were very moody! My mother was admitted with sever chest pains and was left in A&E for almost two hours before I said something and one of the nurses was shocked that she hadn't had the appropriate tests. When she was triaged, the nurse answered most of the questions for her instead of asking her the questions. There were other patients smoking in the waiting rooms.

Anything else?

Never going back!
