What I liked

I recently had to have day surgery on ward 11B. I would like to pass on my congratulations to the staff, and thank you for, the excellent care I received. Every single person I came across treated me with respect, professionalism and care. From the cleaner with his cheery 'Hello' to the porter, nurses, doctors, health care assistants, theatre staff,recovery staff, occupational therapists,ward clerks everyone was fabulous. I have been a nurse for over 30 years and am very proud to be part of the NHS but recent dealings with different settings with family members have left me slightly disillusioned with the whole care system. However my faith has been restored following my visit to your hospital.
