"A most disappointing surgery"

I have not been with Sunnyside Surgery for very long and although it carried a good reputation when I moved there, all that seems to have changed with the Mendip Vale merger.

Whether it is on the day only appointments, or being 15th on hold for such appointments (that is, if you can get through!), or them changing not only appointment times but also the surgery itself on the day of a prebooked appointment, or changing prescriptions from 56 to 28 day cycles, thus doubling work-load for pharmacy staff and doubling the cost to patient for dispensing, all in all there seems to be little regard for the consequences that their actions have on patients...

If they even took time to read these reviews, they would see that last years 5 stars are a thing of the past and have been replaced this year by areas in which their systems have let them down.
