"Rude!!!!!!"

About: Leicester General Hospital

Every person I have spoken to has been so rude, no matter how polite I have been. I asked if i could be transferred to the sleep clinic, the woman didn't even say A WORD to me and just put me through. I left a voicemail explaining that I need to change my appointment as I cannot attend the date on my letter. No response - called again, explained the situation to the lady that answered the phone, she was so rude it was like she couldn't even FINISH a sentence and spoke over me when I tried to answer her questions. All i want to do is request another appointment!!!! And now the voicemail is full - so I cant even leave another message.
