I had to undergo a hystoscopy yesterday. I was extremely anxious about the procedure and want to commend the whole team in their dealings with me.
The nursing staff were simply lovely.
They were clearly highly experienced and intuitively helped to put me at ease. None of the staff made me feel silly for being anxious.
The consultant was excellent, his manner was extremely reassuring and I felt safe undergoing the procedure. The whole team continuously kept me informed.
This really is an excellent clinic that Barnet hospital should be proud of.
The NHS at its best.
