My mum came in for a day surgery operation through the breast clinic last friday (21st June). She was cared fro with dignity and respect throughout her treatment. Every member of staff we cam across was willing to go the extra mile to ensure she was comfortable and felt safe at every step. Id like to say a massive thank you to the staff in the Nuclear Medicine department and the Breast Clinic, all of you were so lovely and took the time out of your busy days to walk us both in-between departments. That extra touch makes a very stressful time that much easier. Unfortunately my mother ended up staying in overnight as she was unwell post op, however I cannot praise the Theatre recovery staff enough for their care. Mum felt safe, respected and calm at all times thanks to the fantastic nurses and HCAs. Thank you for being amazing!
"Amazing staff"
