About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had an appointment to have a small benign growth removed from my upper arm. I was very impressed by the efficiency of the service, my appointment was for 11 am and I was all finished and out the door by 11.25am.  

The staff who treated me were great, I felt really confident that they knew what they were doing, they made me feel relaxed and they were also very pleasant and friendly. I couldn't fault them.
