About: Musgrove Park Hospital

(as the patient),

The staff member I am not sure if I can say on website so number on her i.d was 00002303 and looked after me in the SAU ward yesterday is amazing, I can't think of a better word so this will have to do but does not justify how I feel about her efforts to make me and I am sure others in the ward feel safe, comfortable  and happy, there are always many negative things that could be said of visiting hospitals as a patient or a visitor and in my brief stay of four days I heard and saw things that need huge improvement and also many things that make me proud to say I use the NHS and Musgrove Park hospital.

OK back to the staff member, she was over polite, she could never do to much for you, sometimes felt she knew what I wanted before I knew it myself, answered any questions I had even though I am sure she has been asked a million times before, mostly though she made me feel confident enough to put myself Into someone else's hands to be cared for in my moment of need and for me that's huge.
