"The staff were so nice"

My partner and myself would like to say a big thank you to all the staff in fielding ward, especially Anna. The staff were so nice, professional and helpful and lifted his spirits during his lengthy stay.

However, hospital transport let him down several times meaning he lost six beds that became available in Birmingham hospital that could have been his and that were ready for him. Disgusting really and a complete shambles.

I am so sorry to read that the transport prevented your partner returning to Birmingham Hospital sooner. I appreciate that this situation was frustrating for both of you.
