"Smoking at the main entrance"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

(as a friend),

I feel the same as I did 2 months ago when I commented. The reply was that they were preparing to change but no sign some 2 months later. It was horrible yesterday they might as well put seats inside the sliding doors for them as they were nearly in there anyway! Meanwhile, we cough and splutter our way through them.

Some were sheltering in the fire exit doors and people sitting all over the concrete planters. Agreed no plants in them but a waste of time anyway for people to sit on them.

Can't believe that there aren't security staff who could walk out there and move them away?

We acknowledge that there has been no improvement. If anything, the problem has worsened in recent years. Do let us know if you have any thoughts on how we can better address this problem via QMCPET@nuh.nhs.uk or by calling 0115 924 9924 ext 66623.
