"Excellent care"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Having been in several hospitals in the West of Scotland over the years the recent care and attention  I received having a hip replacement was absolutely first class. The nurses were efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere on the ward was professional and calm. The food choice was amazing and served hot and inviting.  All in all, a very good experience and sincere thanks to everyone working there.

Dear Poppygirl

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback regarding the care you received following your recent surgery.

It is always good to have feedback, good or not so good, so we know what we are doing well and what we need to improve.

I have shared your comments with the team and I know that this will be a real boost for them.

I hope you are continuing to make good progress on your road to recovery.

Once again, thank you.

John
