I have been a patient at this practice for around 7 years and have always been treated with respect and care. I suffer from chronic illness and ongoing pain and treatment options, including medication, physiotherapy etc are always discussed clearly with me.

The GPs, nurses and receptionists are excellent.

I never have trouble getting appointments, and there is the option of short notice appointments twice a day for acute conditions.

The best thing is that I arrive confident that I will be listened to and understood and always referred when necessary for further tests, physiotherapy or consultant appointments. Highly recommend this City Centre practice.
