"One Dr and Nurse were great, the other Dr was..."

I went to this surgery's Owens Park campus in my first year of uni multiple times before I left. I firstly want to say that one doctor here was really helpful, good at listening and very patient and understanding. The nurse was the same, and I also found it easy to get quick appointments with the nurse too. However, there was one doctor here who I found I kept getting appointments with who actually was the reason I left the surgery. I usually bring a list of my symptoms/concerns with me into my appointment but when I began reading off this they interrupted harshly with (seemingly irrelevant) questions, which really threw me off. When I asked at the end if I could ask another question they said no as there were other people waiting. I felt like this particular doctor wasn't listening at all, and I was treated in an extremely rude manner. This made me so anxious about seeing the doctor that I had to switch to a new GP as the whole process of seeing the doctor would make me so worried.
