For what it is, when people have questions, I’m in no doubt this service is enlightening. However, I was put into this course after questioning my diagnosis. This course only provided evidence I was right and that I am being fobbed off with an incorrect diagnosis. 

My quality of life is virtually non existent and when I asked for help this was apparently all they could offer besides meds and IAPT. Other than my meds now I’ve been told to call 111 if I feel I may take my own life. 

The course has helped me realise I’m being let down by the health service and need to take action before I lose any more time with my family.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. As I do not have any further details about your contact with our service it is difficult to comment in any detail. You can however request a second opinion regarding your diagnosis. It may be helpful to discuss this with your GP who can refer to our service for an appointment with a Psychiatrist. Hope this helps.
