"Rheumatology clinic at Mount Gould"

I visit the rheumatology clinic at Mount Gould. I had an appointment with the doctor, and then just had to wait for an x-ray, without having to be sent away and make another appointment weeks later – it’s all so sensible!

My GP referred me, and booking an appointment was simple. I think the Sentinel system is really good and quick. They give you options, so you can pick location and time – so you can have a quick appointment, if you don’t care where you go, or you can wait and get an appointment nearer home. I think it’s much quicker than the usual system, where you wait ages. It’s a seamless system, and much better than we used to have!

Thank you for your feedback about your experiences using our booking and referral service and your appointment with Rheumatology, we always aim to provide a choice of hospital and appointment to patients which are mutually convenient. This helps patients get the best appointment that is best for them and helps reduce the number of appointments wasted where the patient fails to attend.
