"My first having hysteroscopy"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

After having two miscarriages I was referred to do a histeroscopy. When the day come I was terrified and very stressed, my legs was shaking and I didn't know what to expect. Before the procedure I have a quick interview about my medical history and then the nurse explained step by step what they going to do. Everyone was so polite, friendly and approachable. The exam went smooth and quick and no pain! We (me and my husband) even gets a coffee afterwards! I can't explain how grateful I am!

These people are amazing!!!!

Dear Demonica

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such positive feedback for the Pilgrim Gynaecology Outpatients Team. We always strive to deliver an excellent patient experience, and the nurses who work in this team are committed to ensuring that they listen to patient feedback in order to continually improve standards and providing the best possible service they can for those that are referred to this clinic.

We welcome all feedback but when patients take the time to let us know that they have had a really positive experience as you have, this gives the team a real boost in morale and reassures us that they are getting it right.

I will make sure that I pass on your lovely comments to the whole team and I wish you well for the future.

Kind regards

Debbie
