"Excellent healthcare team"

I get very anxious about blood tests and I wanted to give a special shout out to the nurse who took my blood but unfortunately, this platform won't allow me to name individuals. She was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel at ease. My experience with staff is always positive and all doctors and nurses I've seen have given me all the information I need and allowed me to come to my own decisions. Unfortunately, I have had trouble getting appointments when I want and have had to wait a long time in the past, but that is to be said almost everywhere in the country due to the demands on the NHS. It is not a fault of the staff and they all do their jobs brilliantly. I have been registered at Cripps for 3 years and have come to trust the doctors and nurses I have seen and they deserve much more positive recognition than I'm sure they receive.
