"Huge thanks to the Radiology team"

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the radiology team at LGH for the help, consideration, dignity, respect and seamless service provided to me and my 89 year old father . The receptionist today was exceptional - I had rung her this morning to express concern that I might not be able to accompany my elderly father to his scan appointment today. She took the relevant details and promised me that she and her colleagues would make sure that he was looked after in every respect. It transpired that I was able to take him myself and true to her word she was wonderful - she liaised with others all of whom were also absolutely lovely to us both. She also arranged for a scan scheduled for tomorrow evening to be done also today to save a second visit which was a tremendous help too . Thank you so much to all concerned - the way I/my father were treated by everyone - from me receiving a call giving me the scan appointment - my liaison with the very helpful receptionist - the consultant/other radiologists and the other staff in zones B&F was wonderful. Thank you for an exceptional “patient experience”
