"Took the time to make me feel calm"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Renal (Ward 1)

(as a service user),

The staff all of them made me feel great about going for a biopsy. From the moment I arrived at ward 1 the care was second to none. Consultant, Doctors, Nursing staff, auxiliaries and cleaners fantastic well done. In what was a worrying time you all took time to make me feel incredibly calm. Thank you all!
