We have always been very pleased with the care we have had from West Oaks Surgery.

Our usual GP, has treated us both with respect and the utmost understanding.

In fact all the doctors and staff have been very understanding and considerate on every occasion.

It does not matter how embarrassing a particular problem or worry may be you are always put at ease and made to feel you can explain with confidence as they are kind and understanding.

We are shortly to move out of the area and are hoping we find a Practice with which we feel as comfortable as we have done at West Oaks.

I cannot speak highly enough of them and am only sorry that we will be leaving.

They listen to your problems however, big or small and make you feel that they have your best interests at heart.

We always feel reassured whenever we have had the need to visit.

I would like to thank them for being our Practice for the last 7 and a half years.
