About: Park Street Surgery

No advance bookings taken. "Phone on day for appointment", so you phone and can't get through, then by the time you do all the appointments have gone. No appointments on app because no advance bookings are taken. Then just had, "oh here we go, we have a locum TWO weeks today, do you want that?" Er no ta, by then my prescription will have ran out! Stay away, I only go here because I have done since I was born, I know its not the staff and doctors fault but why they have changed not taking future bookings is beyond me. Not everyone is going because they are "sick" as such on the day. Some, like myself are going to get another prescription for something that they will put on repeat but we have to take everyday. Nightmare.

I apologise for your treatment at the surgery with trying to book an appointment.

We have over the past couple of weeks employed more doctors and a advanced nurse practitioner and hope that you do not have the problem that you have had and will be adding more online appointments for patient to book.
