About: Victoria Hospital / Geriatric Assessment

(as a carer),

I am a carer for my vascular dementia relative. 3 times I have attended a clinic which has run almost an hour late.  Whilst I appreciate that things happen and staff are off sick, called away etc, what I find inexcusable is being left to sit without any information until we approach the desk to ask!!!!

I even asked the receptionist upon arrival how late the clinic was running and they didn't know, never thought to check up and inform us. Disgraceful.
