Ive been a patient for many years - i do have one complaint and that is admin that is sometimes quite poor. However - the staff in rheumatology and endocrine departments really do treat me as an individual and answer all my many questions. They have given me a great deal of time in explaining things - i prefer a slightly more academic / scientific type answer as i am medically aware and do not like simple laymans terms as a rule. Ive found the staff exceptionally kind in treating my serious progressive illness and i could not get better even if i went private. Had many referrals including to moorfield eye hospital at croydon and exceptionally pleased with treatment there - despite the long times in clinic. The MSK dept along with the physiotherapists have given me customised help for all my joint muscle and tendon issues and i am quick to sing their praises on social media. We are lucky to have such an excellent free at point of service NHS and here in croydon ive been kept not only mobile but in reality kept alive. Other NHS trust treatments over the years have not helped me in the way this hospital staff have. I am really very pleased with the treatment ive had over the last 5 years and feel confident in the advice and treatment ive been given. thank you!
"excellent service with auto immune disease"
